Before Your Visits Begin...
Prior to your first scheduled visit, Susanne will arrange with you a casual, but very important, consultation to discuss your specific needs for your pet(s). This gives everyone involved a chance to meet each other and get acquainted. There is no fee for this initial meeting. A Service Agreement will also be completed at this time and a key to your home will be obtained. Your pet sitting needs will be customized for you based on each
pet(s) requirements.
Susanne's main goal is to minimize stress to your pet while you're away and maintain their regular schedule as much as possible. You will have peace of mind knowing that while you're away your pet is getting the love, attention and quality of care you'd expect from a responsible and trustworthy caregiver. Susanne treats every one of her four-legged clients as if they were her own and treats her human clients with the respect and understanding they deserve. |
